RESERVATIONS POLICY
a) Pre-show slides are for 5 minutes BEFORE start time only.
Please come early so you can sit down and enjoy our pre-show before the starting time and support our advertisers.

b) The feature will commence promptly at the advertised times.

c) Reservations may be made and collected up to 7 days in advance.

d) So that you don't miss the beginning or disturb people already watching the film, please be at the cinema at least 15 minutes before session start time. If tickets are not picked up on time they may be reallocated.

e) If you are paying with plastic, please allow a few more minutes.

f) There are about 50 car parking spaces close to the cinema. People who arrive early will fill them, so you may need to park in an adjacent street.

g) We ask that you reserve the number of seats you actually want. Changes will only be accepted up to one hour before the session. Making changes when you collect tickets at start time delays other people behind you, and cannot be accepted.

h) The staff will be busy serving customers for half an hour before each session, so they will not be able to take phone bookings at those times.

i) Your co-operation will make the film-going experience more enjoyable for you and others.

j) *Latecomers will be seated wherever space is available without disturbing others, irrespective of their seat numbers.
